HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician provides installation, preventative care and repairs for HVAC systems. Repairs and maintains refrigerator and electrical systems and their components, as well as troubleshoots electrical systems and writes schematics for their work locations. The HVAC Technician is proactive in the timely completion of preventative maintenance of all equipment.

• →Knowledgeable in technical components such as motors, loop systems, and water treatment
• →Skilled in welding and brazing techniques

• →Mechanical inclination
• →Equipment Selection, Installation, Operation Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Repair and Maintenance
• →Able to work directly with customers, other technicians and managers
• →Demonstrates excellent communication skills
• →Able to use a computer to send e-mails, create and store documents, search the inter/intranet
• →Able to use hand/power tools, electronic devices and gauges properly and safely
• →Skilled in quality control analysis
• →Demonstrates analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus required certs
• EPA Certification required
• Universal HVAC Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
• 3 years of experience with installation, maintenance & repair of A/C, ventilation and heating units
• Clean driving record
