Full Time Assistant Athletic Director

St. Andrew's Parish Parks & Playground Commission is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Athletic Director to help lead our growing athletics department. This full-time leadership position supports the planning, administration, and supervision of youth and adult sports programs while helping create safe, positive, and memorable experiences for participants, coaches, officials, and families.

Working closely with the Athletic Director, you'll supervise part-time staff and volunteers, coordinate athletic programs and events, oversee game-day operations, and help ensure our leagues and facilities operate efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and making a positive impact in the community through recreation.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
• Two years of recreation or related professional experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and Saturday hours, based on seasonal programming and special events.
