Maintain company property by watering foliage, picking up litter, clearing walkways, etc.
Set up conference meeting areas
Delivering large packages and supplies
Ordering/purchase general supplies
Relocation of equipment, supplies, and furnishings involved in office moves
Perform building construction, maintenance, and repairs as necessary
Maintain HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing
Maintain building security systems along with responding to security and safety issues
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and with others
WORKING CONDITIONS: Employee may perform other duties outside of job spectrum as dictated by office workload and staffing requirements. This job may require some weekend hours as needed. Travel to outer offices and overtime may be required if moving and setting up furniture in other offices.

The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel along with the ability to climb up and down a ladder.
