Location: Swagelok Texas Mid-Coast, [Richwood, TX]

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $37,500 - $70,000 (depending on experience)

Compensation is based on experience, demonstrated mechanical aptitude, technical skill level, and ability to independently perform fabrication and assembly work.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. This technician will be hands-on, building a variety of fluid systems (basic component assemblies, sub-assemblies, analytical sample conditioning systems, grab sample panels, seal support systems, gas distribution systems, and more).  

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow fabrication drawings, P&ID’s, and standard work instructions to build out fluid systems using Swagelok and various 3rd party components (this includes multiple types of end connections and bending tubing)
• Capable to physically lift up to 50lbs for short periods of time
• Able to show initiative by growing your skills and working safely with others in a team 
• Strong focus on high quality workmanship with pride and accuracy

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills with regards to shop work
• Experience with basic hand tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Skills:

• Mechanical Aptitude is a must have
• Experience with tubing systems is an advantage
• Basic shop math – ability to do simple math calculations
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
