From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
As a Systems Analyst, you’ll deliver and sustain technology and process solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. * Configure and validate solutions – perform (or direct) application configuration (attributes, workflows, UI changes), support data conversion (extract, load, validation), and build/execute test plans while validating results (including complex queries and operational reporting as needed).
* Own production support and stability – provide (or direct) 24x7 support for critical systems, lead root-cause analysis and trend insights, coordinate cross-team/vendor resolution, and maintain documentation and training for users and support partners.

* Must have hands-on system configuration experience in support of solution delivery initiatives within a WFM application
* Required knowledge of SQL and one or more of these DB’s - Oracle, MySQL, Teradata etc.
* Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
