As an implementation manager on the Operations Implementation team, you will contribute to Starbucks success by supporting key initiatives with our Back to Starbucks plan. You will enable Coffeehouse Excellence to deliver exceptional customer experience across every channel, empowering partners with the tools, training and support they need to succeed. Through continuous innovation, we evolve the Green Apron Service Model to provide world class hospitality, drive efficiency and enable sustainable growth. This is an incredible opportunity for a partner to work directly with coffeehouse excellence, product and brand, global supply chain, Starbucks technology, and/or other cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of our Back to Starbucks initiatives. We are looking for candidates who are: * Passionate about collaboration and co-creation * Can leverage relationships to create genuine connection and influence with expertise * Can represent the voice of coffeehouse partners and customers across cross-functional teams to influence decisions and drive meaningful outcomes * Able to thrive in ambiguity We’d love to hear from people with: * Starbucks district manager experience (3 years) or 6 years of progressively responsible and equivalent experience including 3 years of retail operations multi-unit management and 3 years of implementation and/or project management in a retail or restaurant environment * Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities * Strong knowledge of coffeehouse operations, processes and procedures * Ability to apply systems-thinking and an understanding of how cross-functional dependencies influence downstream results * Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships * Ability to operate and influence across all levels of the organization * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and decision making * Ability to manage large or highly-complex projects * Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures or methods As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
