Lead Diesel Mechanic-Motorcoach Fleet

We're a family-owned charter and tour company running a premium fleet of Prevost coaches out of Fairless Hills, PA — about 30 minutes from Center City Philadelphia.

We've been doing this for decades. Most of our team has been here a long time, and that's not by accident. We take care of our coaches, our drivers, and our shop, and we expect the same from the people we hire.

  Diagnose and repair complex engine, electrical, HVAC, air, brake, and multiplex issues

• →

  Use OEM diagnostic software and read wiring diagrams independently

• →

  Test safety-critical systems before any coach leaves the shop

• →

  Work directly with our Maintenance Director on platform walkthroughs and difficult diagnostics

• →

  Help the rest of the shop when a repair has them stuck — coach the fix, don't just take it over

• →

  Close out your work orders the same day, complete and accurate

• →

  Keep the shop safe — PPE, OSHA standards, and clean damage reporting

• 5+ years on heavy-duty diesel with real diagnostic experience

• Motorcoach experience on Prevost, MCI, or Van Hool is a strong plus

• Comfortable with OEM diagnostic software and reading schematics independently

• Driver's license required; CDL-B with Passenger endorsement preferred, or willingness to get one

• Someone who can mentor a younger tech without making it a lecture

Available to take the occasional after-hours road call — we share that load across the team, so it's not all on you.
