Are you looking for a role where your hard work and attention to detail make a difference? Become a part of a company with a strong legacy and a commitment to employee growth! We are seeking a detail-oriented Laser Operator Helper for our 2nd Shift team.

Position Summary
This is an entry level position where you will assist the Laser Operator by pulling cut parts out of steel skeletons, removing thermal oxide off the edges and storing raw materials in the proper locations. Earn while you learn from an experienced operator. We are looking for a results-driven individual who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift - Mon - Thurs.. 4:30pm - 3:00am.
15% shift differential for 2^nd shift
$3,000 sign-on bonus for 2^nd and weekend shifts Machine Operators

Post-Processing: Separate and "pick" parts from skeletons, stack them systematically, and package finished goods using banding or shrink wrap.

Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and remain active in a manufacturing environment.
Aptitude: Solid shop math.
