Overview:

As an Action Officer, you will support the program through cross-functional collaboration, analysis, and operational execution. You will help ensure technical alignment, support issue resolution, and contribute to risk identification across program activities. Your work enables efficient decision-making and strengthens integration across Client and partner teams. You will also support documentation, communication, and coordination efforts critical to successful EHR modernization.

  • • Coordinate with stakeholders to support program objectives
    • Identify risks and assist with mitigation planning
    • Support documentation, reporting, and analysis
    • Facilitate collaboration across technical and functional teams
    • Track tasks, deliverables, and project progress
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to analyze issues and support decisions
    • Experience with documentation and reporting
    • Ability to collaborate in dynamic technical environments
    • Proficiency with productivity tools
     
    Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred for senior roles.

    • Experience with Client or other federal programs
    • Knowledge of EHR systems
    • Background in cybersecurity, data, or operations
