Cybersecurity Technical Team Member (Cross-Functional)

SteerBridge is seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Team Member (Cross-Functional) to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. This role will serve as a key contributor to a Cyber Action Team, supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities and the development of Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC) packages.

This is a hands-on role focused on cybersecurity documentation, risk analysis, and compliance within a federal environment.

→Experience with eMASS

→Familiarity with Assessment & Authorization (A&A) processes

→Experience supporting large-scale federal IT programs (VA, DoD, DHS, etc.)

→Background in healthcare IT or EHRM programs

→Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CAP, or similar)

→4–7 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, with direct experience supporting RMF and ATO processes preferred
