Launch Manager - Temporary

Lead, coordinate, and execute new vehicle launch and investment projects across Stamping, BIW, Paint, and GA operations. Responsible for planning implementation activities, coordinating resources, supporting design and process reviews with Manufacturing Engineering teams, managing launch readiness, and ensuring successful execution of WPI (World Process Implementation) milestones. Drive cross-functional collaboration between Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to deliver system modifications, production readiness, and launch objectives while meeting project timing, quality, and cost requirements.

• →Plan and implement new investment and launch projects.
• →Coordinate launch activities with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
• →Manage resource planning and support system modifications and process improvements.
• →Participate in design reviews and evaluate critical process changes.
• →Coordinate WPI activities and ensure launch milestone achievement.
• →Support production readiness, equipment installation, and operational ramp-up.
• →Monitor project timing, costs, and deliverables to ensure successful vehicle launches

- Professional degree in Mechatronics Engineer, Industrial Engineer or Similar

- 8 Years minimum professional experience

- English Intermediate-Advanced

- Leadership Skills
