AM Server/Barista

Description

The Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners is seeking a professional, energetic, and guest-focused AM Server/Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. This individual will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for hotel guests and local patrons by delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• →Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their dining experience.
• →Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food, beverages, and daily specials.
• →Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• →Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• →Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• →Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• →Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• →Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• →Assist with restaurant opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• →Support hosts, servers, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• →Maintain professional appearance and conduct in accordance with company standards.
• →Practice all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math and cash handling skills

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred

• Experience using POS systems preferred

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

• Additional language ability preferred
