Responsibilities

- →Can work through and research sophisticated issues with minimal oversight
- →Has the flexibility to accommodate long hours when matters require it
You will work across a broad range of high-level disputes, including:
- →Complex commercial litigation
- →Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
- →C-Suite / Partner level employment disputes
- →Business and shareholder disputes
- →Securities and fraud matters
- →Defamation, privacy, and reputational risk matters
- →Disputes involving intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and trade secrets
- D. from an ABA-accredited law school; law school transcript required
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; preferred: NY, CA, DE, IL, DC, FL or TX
- 2–3 years of experience in complex litigation at a top commercial litigation firm
- Strong academic record, top of the class at a well-regarded law school
- The ideal candidate would have a federal clerkship combined with a summer associate position and 1–2 years of experience at a top complex commercial litigation firm. Where there is no clerkship, candidates should have received and accepted a return offer following their summer associate position.
- 1–3 years at one of the top commercial litigation powerhouse firms. This refers to firms with a strong record of success in bet-the-company or high-value litigation
- Meaningful hands-on litigation experience beyond legal research and memo writing. Stand-up experience in court, arbitration, or adversarial proceedings, including oral argument, examining witnesses, or presenting at hearings, is a strong plus.
- Deposition and trial experience preferred
- Breadth of experience across different subject matters and types of cases
- Exposure to and experience using AI tools such as Claude or Harvey is a bonus
