As a Vendor & Partnership Intern, you will support the team in managing vendor relationships and partnership activities, while gaining hands-on experience in coordination, documentation, and operational processes—especially within events, venues, and production-related projects.

• →Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• →Support the negotiation and preparation of vendor agreements to ensure efficiency and minimize risk.
• →Conduct research to identify potential vendors and partnership opportunities.
• →Maintain and update vendor databases and documentation.
• →Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
• →Assist in compiling project data, reports, and campaign documentation.
• →Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.

  Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• →
  Basic understanding of negotiation or contract processes is a plus.
• →
  Previous internship experience in events, venues, or production industries is preferred.
• →
  Ability to create simple proposals or presentations is a plus.
• →
  Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling tasks.
• →
  Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with availability to work from Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.
