Registrar

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is looking for a Registrar for our Family Health Center. Will greet and register patients in a tactful and courteous manner. You will verify all pertinent patient demographic and insurance information and ensure accurate documentation in patient records. Responsible for registering, scheduling, and additional reception duties at front desk. Schedule and maintain daily appointments takin into consideration availability of resources and set up clinic for efficient management of appointment flow. Notify patients of financial obligations for outpatient services. Assist on worklist/ques as assigned/necessary. Will require rotating at other sites. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
