As a Junior Payments Agent, you are going to handle all our customers’ financial transactions, ensuring a safe and fast experience. You will play a crucial role in our customers’ journey, despite not having direct communication with them.  

You will collaborate closely with several departments and teams across the Organization, working for a common goal, to ensure optimal Customer Experience. Being part of a dynamic Payments team and collaborating with several external providers will give you the opportunity to develop your skill set and broaden your knowledge around transaction and banking systems. You will be part of a high-energy group, which will help you grow into a detail-oriented professional.

• Process and monitor incoming and outgoing customer payments in line with internal policies and timelines
• Perform transaction checks to ensure compliance with company terms and conditions
• Monitor the performance of payment systems and automations, identifying irregularities or delays
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment-related queries 
• Liaise with third-party payment providers and technical teams to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and payment activities

• Prior experience in a payments or operations role (preferably in the online services or gaming industry)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
• Familiarity with payment systems, banking platforms, or financial reconciliations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
