About the role

You will lead the team that puts the finishing touches on our customers' most precious memories. This role is about more than just managing a line. You will oversee the final stages of production to ensure every product is packaged perfectly and ready to ship on time. By balancing operational excellence with a supportive leadership style, you help our production department run smoothly and deliver high quality results every single day.

Plan and monitor daily operations, ensuring product quality and process reliability.

Drive productivity and process optimization using lean principles (5S, KVP).

Manage personnel, machines, and material resources efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Support, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.

Act as a hands-on leader with a focus on results, quality, and collaboration.

You manage resources carefully to keep production within budget.

You drive continuous improvement projects that reduce waste and save time.

Completed technical or production-related apprenticeship, ideally with technical background.

Preferably further qualification as master craftsman, technician, or equivalent.

Alternatively, strong leadership experience in manufacturing with understanding of production flows and quality standards.

Proven record of leading and developing teams in an industrial environment.
