- Define the long-term vision and strategic direction for the global IT organization.
- Anticipate industry trends and competitive pressures to create technology-driven revenue opportunities.
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery across the enterprise.
- Develop long-range plans and goals aligned with global business unit objectives.
- Act as the primary link between IT and executive leadership.
- Educate senior stakeholders on the business value and ROI of technology investments.
- Provide high-level consultation to project teams and end-users regarding operating systems and infrastructure.
- Communicate the business impact of emerging technologies to stakeholders and potential users.
- Manage global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) operations.
- Establish, approve, and enforce organization-wide IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of the corporate IT architecture and applications portfolio.
- Direct the review, acceptance, and execution of IT programs and support functions.
- Maintain full P&L and budgetary accountability for the entire IT organization.
- Provide executive-level leadership and oversight for all personnel activities within the department.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, motivated technical staff through proactive development.
- Deliver regular status reports on major programs and support activities to senior management.
Requirements
