Whether someone is looking to attend their first event or their hundredth, we’re here to delight them all the way from the moment they start looking for a ticket until they step through the gate. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to join StubHub's Finance organization and help shape how we plan, allocate resources, evaluate investments, and measure performance across the company. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Finance, this role will serve as a key thought partner to business leaders and senior executives across StubHub, translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. The Senior Manager will partner closely with leaders across StubHub's business units and functional domains to develop forecasts, evaluate new opportunities, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure resources are deployed against the company's highest-priority initiatives.
We are looking for a player-coach: someone who is equally comfortable building a detailed financial model, developing an executive-level narrative, and leading and developing a high-performing team. This individual will have an opportunity to help define and build a best-in-class Strategic Finance function, establishing scalable processes, analytical frameworks, and reporting that improve decision-making across the organization.
