Our Open Distribution's team mission is to enable zero-effort distribution for Content Rights Holders (Teams, venues, artists, etc.) by offering products and services for every stage of event management. Our goal is to go beyond pre-existing distribution tools: providing clear guidance, recommended pricing strategies, proactive insights, and seamless fulfillment—all while leaving full control in the hands of the Contents Rights Holder.
By leveraging StubHub’s robust tooling Content Rights Holders can take control of their event sales with the Secondary markets, unlocking more sales opportunities, while allowing buyers to discover a broader range of live events. Together, we’re making StubHub the ultimate destination for fans and the partner of choice for Rights Holders.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a key contributor, redefining experiences for Rights Holders, streamlining complex workflows into intuitive experiences, and designing tools that scale across event types. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to drive priorities, deliver best-in-class execution, and foster a culture of design excellence.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY
- Reimagine the design paradigm for rights holders, turning complex inventory workflows into simple, intuitive experiences, and building an ever-expansive product moat.
- Create novel solutions that make ticket distribution effortless, universal, and intelligent, stretching what’s possible for Content Rights Holders today and tomorrow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the team’s strategic investment areas and priorities.
- Contribute to vision-led work that drives the product forward, whilst also executing near-term iterations that move the product forward
- Uphold and advocate for design excellence, ensuring that usability, accessibility, and brand expression remain non-negotiable
- Contribute to the evolution of Broadway, StubHub’s design system, expanding its ability to support innovative, high-quality experiences
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →5+ years of professional experience as a product designer, with a minimum of 2 years leading large-scope design projects
- →Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- →Proven experience in bringing Consumer SaaS products to market
- →Experience designing for products powered by agentic models, or intelligent assistants
- →Portfolio that showcases your ability to create intuitive and effective experiences for highly complex workflows.
- →Experience designing across multiple platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS)
- →Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions
- →Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative product development process
- →Exceptional skill in design and prototyping tools
- →A strong desire to learn and grow with the company
- →A team-first mindset that prioritizes the success of the company
- →Resilience and adaptability in response to changes and challenges
- →Proactivity in solving problems and identifying opportunities to improve
