Team Lead, Sourcing

At Success Academy, we know that exceptional schools start with exceptional people. We are seeking a Team Lead, Sourcing to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in driving school-based hiring efforts across the network. In this role, you will lead day-to-day sourcing operations, support the execution of sourcing strategy, and provide guidance to a team of sourcing professionals. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to build talent pipelines, implement new tools and processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the team is delivering against hiring goals. If you are a data-driven sourcing expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving results, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization and the students we serve.

• You possess 3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting, or another fast-paced environment.

• You have experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of sourcing teams and driving accountability through metrics and performance management.

• You are highly proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

• You have experience working in a metrics-driven environment and can effectively use data to drive decision-making, identify trends, and improve team performance.

• You have a track record of building strong talent pipelines and developing creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.

• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• You are comfortable navigating change and helping teams adopt new technologies, processes, and best practices.

• You possess exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

• You bring a collaborative, positive attitude and enjoy contributing to a high-performing team that celebrates both individual and collective success.

• Experience supporting large-scale or school-based hiring initiatives.

• Experience implementing sourcing technology, talent intelligence tools, or workflow improvements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
