About the role:
The Resident Services Professional is responsible for providing customer service support to residents and prospective residents for Small Property Division of Sunrise Management. This includes answering telephones, greeting customers, performing move-in procedures, processing maintenance service requests, processing rental applications, filing, scheduling, copying, faxing, mailing, general office support and various tasks as assigned. This position serves as a primary point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a professional, responsive, and welcoming experience.
- This position is a full-time temporary role expected to last 3–6 months with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- You'll be eligible for company benefits during your assignment while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
$21.00 - $23.00 DOE
What you'll do: Include but not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents and prospects via phone, email, and in person.
- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, accuracy, and timely communication.
- Assist residents with service requests and follow up to ensure completion.
- Handle resident concerns and complaints with empathy and appropriate escalation.
- Maintain knowledge of property policies and provide accurate rental information.
- Schedule appointments for staff, vendors, and prospective residents.
- Manage general office duties including filing, scheduling, copying, mailing, scanning, and data entry.
- Draft, format, and distribute letters and other correspondence.
- Maintain and organize property, resident, and owner files.
- Assist with rent increase notices and resident communications.
- Prepare and distribute property management forms and supply requisitions; ensure correct billing.
- Track missing documentation, timecards, deposits, and required reports; coordinate follow-up with onsite staff.
- Assist with invoice coding and preparation for approval.
- Support contracting and vendor bidding processes.
- Conduct and update market surveys; distribute results as directed.
- Prepare financial report packets and accompanying narratives as assigned.
- Previous Property Management and administrative work experience required.
- Two years of related experience and/or equivalent education.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PC operation.
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage resident interactions professionally.
