Join our Fluid Power team in Sterling Heights, MI, where your expertise drives real results for OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial operations.  
  • Take full ownership of a defined industrial/OEM territory
  • Solve real technical challenges with hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control solutions
  • Leverage inside sales, technical support, and engineering expertise to win business
  • Grow your pipeline, customer base, and earning potential in a high-demand industry
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan with guidance from your District Sales Manager
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineers, plant managers, maintenance teams, and purchasing decision-makers
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities, while growing existing accounts
  • Provide application expertise and technical guidance for fluid power solutions
  • Partner with inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Manage your pipeline, forecast, and territory performance using CRM and sales tools
  • 3+ years of B2B industrial or fluid power sales experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, motion control, OEM focus preferred)
  • Hands-on knowledge of fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting
  • Strong track record of new business development and account growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage a territory independently
  • Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma in fluid power, or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory, some overnight travel may be required
