Service Call Coordinator PM Support Specialist will be responsible for the creation of PMs and critical spares management.

General Statement of Duties:

SAP knowledge, preferably
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Work Order creation, and continuous improvements
PM Administrative Management (customer submitted updates; schedules; frequencies; etc.)
Regular interactions with Maintenance Supervision / technicians for creating equipment records, equipment failures, DWAs and PMs
Critical Spare Part identification and management for all type A/B equipment
Smart Choice: Identification, Creation, Submission (cost savings)
Use of Lean principles to achieve up time and improve quality
SAP Analyst, creating, updating, scheduling of equipment
Single Point Lesson assistance and creation
Supports process equipment engineering for any types of failure analysis.
Provides onsite service call assistance as necessary for any vendor contracted work
