Responsibilities

→Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to define and execute product initiatives
→Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
→Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions
→Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and gaps
→Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
→Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
→Track product performance and help optimize features post-launch
→Ensure alignment across teams to deliver meaningful, user-focused outcomes

Requirements

Strong interest in product management, digital products, or E-commerce platforms
Experience with or exposure to market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus is a strong plus
Passion for building intuitive user experiences and driving measurable business impact
