We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.
Our creative department is undergoing a fundamental transformation in how it works. We're building a team of Design Automation Specialists embedded directly with our internal studio to develop AI workflows that will become the foundation of our creative pipeline. The Design Automations Specialist will work closely with the Creative Department to design, build, and implement automation workflows across graphic and motion design pipelines. This role focuses on leveraging advanced tools, including generative AI, to streamline production and unlock new creative capabilities. The position requires a strong systems mindset and effective coaching: identifying inefficiencies, breaking down complex processes, and translating them into scalable, repeatable workflows adopted by the wider team. Success will be measured by the number of workflows transformed and adopted in the studio, and the extent to which designers start any task with an AI tool.
