Senior Product Manager - Wallet

The Transact tribe owns the full money stack at Superbet: payment methods, payment infrastructure, wallet, ledger, and financial compliance. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Wallet domain end-to-end — from the underlying systems and ledger architecture through to the player experience.

Wallet at Superbet is far more complex than a single balance. Players can hold multiple wallets simultaneously, while regulated markets require balances to be legally separated by product type. These aren’t edge cases; they’re core to the product. Your challenge will be to make that complexity feel seamless, transparent, and intuitive for players.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams across Sports, Gaming, Engagement, and Payments to build scalable wallet systems that help players always understand what they can spend, what’s locked, and why — regardless of market or product.

• →Lead the end-to-end product strategy for the Wallet domain, from the underlying ledger and infrastructure up to the player's screen.
• →Define and own the multi-wallet player experience, ensuring complex financial states (like multiple balances, restrictions, and transaction details) are transparent and effortless across all markets.
• →Establish the Wallet as a core platform, defining the API contract and developer experience to treat downstream engineering teams as customers.
• →Translate global regulatory and jurisdictional requirements into scalable platform features and a configurable roadmap to support international expansion.
• →Drive product success by defining and tracking key technical and business metrics, including platform performance, accuracy, and reconciliation integrity.
• →Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, partnerships, and senior leadership.

• 8+ years in Product Management with proven success in both platform/infrastructure and user-facing products.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify sophisticated financial or multi-account systems into a seamless user experience (e.g., digital wallets, neobanking, loyalty platforms).
• Deep platform product experience, including owning APIs or infrastructure and treating internal teams as primary customers.
• Strong technical foundation: comfortable with distributed systems architecture, API design, and event-driven patterns.
• Familiarity with core financial concepts like ledger architecture and reconciliation to reason about balance correctness.
• Experience building configurable products for multi-market, multi-jurisdiction environments where regulatory constraints are a key product input.

• Background in fintech, digital wallets, neobanking, or regulated financial services
• Experience with regulated multi-wallet or multi-account products (segregated accounts, ring-fenced balances, gaming wallet regulation)
• Familiarity with event sourcing, double-entry accounting systems, or financial audit requirements
• Experience managing platform API versioning and backward compatibility
• Experience using AI and programmatic tools to accelerate the product lifecycle and reduce overall risks
