Safety Focused: We care about you and have committed to a zero-harm workplace.    What you'll do:   Execute strategic sales plans Lead the entire sales cycle Develop strong relationships by uncovering customer needs and delivering tailored solutions Act as a trusted advisor to prepare and present proposals, negotiate agreements, collaborate with regional leaders to meet customer requirements Manage accounts from initial outreach through ongoing support   What you bring: HS Diploma or GED 2-4 years of consultative sales experience Strong business development skills Ability to communicate and influence effectively Valid driver's license Any knowledge of propane industry is an asset (not a must-have) Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening     The expected annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,00 a year. This position is also eligible for a monthly commission plan with a bridge build-up period. This position may be eligible for other annual bonus payout programs.
