Own the virtual event strategy and calendar across Superside’s marketing org, ensuring programming aligns with demand gen goals, content priorities, and brand positioning.

Lead planning and execution for Superside’s flagship virtual summits, digital conferences, webinars, and online community events, from concept to promotion, run-of-show, and post-event amplification.

Develop compelling narratives and formats that reinforce Superside’s leadership in AI-powered creative and marketing innovation.

Partner with content, creative, and demand gen teams to deliver integrated campaigns that maximize registration, engagement, and pipeline impact.

Manage speaker recruitment and preparation, building relationships with industry leaders, customers, and internal experts to deliver high-quality, engaging digital sessions.

Oversee all virtual event operations and logistics, including platforms, production partners, budgets, and technical delivery.

Measure and report performance, translating engagement and pipeline data into insights that optimize promotion and prove ROI.

Continuously experiment with digital formats, interactivity, and technologies to keep Superside at the forefront of virtual event marketing.

Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate execution standards and ensure seamless integration into the overall marketing mix.

5–7 years of experience in virtual event marketing or digital-first field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, creative services, or fast-growing startups.

Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale virtual summits (1,000+ registrants) as well as smaller, high-touch webinars or workshops.

Strong ability to translate brand positioning into standout digital experiences that resonate with target audiences.

Excellent project management skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a remote-first environment.

Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms (e.g. Zuddl), plus CRM/marketing automation tools and campaign analytics.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence managing executive speakers and external partners.

Data-driven mindset, with proven ability to track KPIs and demonstrate ROI from virtual event marketing.

Passion for creative industries, marketing innovation, and exploring new AI technologies to enhance online event experiences.
