Candidate must be located in/around the Columbus, Ohio region.

Recruits future leaders and provides strong project management skills to the College Recruiting Program.

• →Must be willing to travel up to 90% during peak recruiting seasons (September-November and February-April) – schedule flexibility is essential due to travel requirements
• →Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field of study, required
• →Master's degree, preferred
• → 1-2 year's experience in some combination of Corporate College Recruiting, University Career Services, and/or another DHL role
