Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own and lead the end-to-end college recruiting strategy, including internships and full-time early career hiring
- →Build strong partnerships with universities, faculty, and campus organizations to enhance our brand and talent pipelines
- →Collaborate with business leaders to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs and priorities
- →Drive innovative approaches to candidate attraction, engagement, and selection
- →Lead initiatives that improve intern conversion and early career retention
- →Develop and track key metrics, using data to identify gaps and improve outcomes
- →Deliver executive-level reporting on program performance and progress
- →Advance inclusive recruiting strategies and expand access to underrepresented talent
- →Partner with internal teams to design impactful onboarding and development experiences
- →Lead and develop a team of college recruiting professionals
- Strong hiring outcomes aligned to annual workforce needs
- High intern-to-full-time conversion rates
- Improved retention of early career hires over multiple years
- Measurable growth in campus engagement and brand presence
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- 8+ years of professional experience, including:
- 6+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition (college recruiting preferred)
- 3+ years leading programs or complex projects across teams
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
- Experience building relationships with universities and external partners
- Expertise in inclusive hiring practices and early talent development
- Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
