Operations Supervisor - Distribution

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly associates across inbound, picking, packing, and outbound functions
• Drive employee engagement through daily Gemba walks, shift huddles, and recognition
• Manage attendance, performance, and progressive discipline in line with DHL policies
• Support training, cross-training, and onboarding to maintain workforce flexibility
• Build a culture aligned to DHL values: respect, results, and right-first-time execution

• Champion DHL’s “Safety First” culture and zero-injury mindset
• Conduct safety audits, behavioral observations, and incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and DHL operational procedures
• Maintain high 5S standards across the warehouse
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and shipping requirements are met

The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000.

For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000.
