Tender Analysis and Pricing Manager (US-O)

Responsibilities

• Leads the full commercial pricing and profitability process for RFQs (Global & Regional) and contract renewals.

• Develops and coordinates pricing with Account / Business Development Directors and Managers.

• Leads pricing sign-off process with key stakeholders, Controllers, and the Exec team.

• Owns and continuously improves pricing, costing, and profitability tools.

• Leads customer profitability reviews and margin improvement initiatives across existing accounts.

• Acts as commercial owner between customer, vendor, operations, and finance to ensure a healthy trading position.

• Coordinates and executes RFQs in adherence to the O2D Process.

• Supports TAM and commercial teams in developing value-driven proposals.

• Translates customer requirements into competitive and cost-effective solutions.

• Maintains and leverages a repository of solutions across regions and sectors.

• Works cross-functionally to develop end-to-end Service Logistics solutions.

• Matches customer requirements to Service Logistics processes and identify non-standard requirements for solution development (OSM).

• Articulates commercial and pricing proposals clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Participates in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations as commercial SME.

• Acts as trusted advisor to Business Development and TAMs on pricing, contract structure, and solution design.

• Presents, trains, and coaches colleagues on pricing, profitability, and tender methodologies.

• Bachelor’s Degree, required.

• Master’s Degree, preferred.

• Typically five (5)+ years in commercial pricing, tender management, account management, or related supply chain roles, required.

• Experience in complex, global, service-based environments, preferred.
