Role Objective

Supply Wisdom is seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to drive product requirements, resolve issues, and improve operational effectiveness. You will own the front-end of product execution (intake, scoping, prioritization) and post-release follow-through, while partnering closely with Engineering leadership, who owns technical delivery and implementation.

This role is about making the system work at scale to enable the company’s product vision. Working closely with the US-based Head of Product, you will collaborate across functions to drive improved customer experience, manage issues, and direct the flow of work related to the product.

What Success Looks Like

  • Issues are identified early, resolved quickly, and don’t recur
  • Teams are aligned, unblocked, and moving efficiently
  • Work is well-defined before development, reducing iteration cycles
  • Product operates as a reliable execution engine, not a bottleneck
  • Stakeholders trust that commitments will be delivered

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot & resolve: Investigate root causes, coordinate fixes, and prevent recurrence of product issues.
  • Operate as a “firefighter”: Quickly respond to high-priority issues and escalations, driving resolution and communication.
  • Clarify and structure work: Turn unclear requests into well-defined tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Engineering on delivery: Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership, who owns technical execution, to ensure smooth handoffs, clear priorities, and aligned timelines.
  • Own follow-through: Track progress rigorously, close loops, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Ensure features are successfully deployed, validated, communicated, and adopted; close the loop with stakeholders and customers.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure process coordination, alignment, and execution.
  • Manage intake discipline: Help enforce a structured “one front door” for product requests and support prioritization.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (risk, compliance, or analytics is a plus).
  • Proven track record of delivering products end to end and working effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset — you spot issues early, dig deep, and drive results.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Operations.
  • Strengths in:
  • Defining requirements and writing clear user stories
  • Designing and improving product processes
  • Managing stakeholders and following through on commitments

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience using Jira or similar tools.
