• →Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• →Answer multi-line phones and assist patients with scheduling
• →Check patients in and out efficiently
• →Verify insurance information and collect patient payments
• →Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records
• →Assist with patient intake paperwork and documentation
• →Support patient flow and communication between departments
• →Deliver exceptional customer service at every patient interaction

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
