The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for concepting and delivering high-quality, on-brand creative that supports marketing, product, and sales initiatives. This role combines strong visual design excellence with strategic thinking, contributing to campaign development, brand evolution, and scalable design systems. The Senior Graphic Designer partners closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to bring cohesive, impactful creative to life across all touchpoints.

Concept and execute high-impact visual designs across digital, web, campaigns, events, and marketing materials.

Translate business goals and creative briefs into compelling design solutions that align with brand standards and copy decks.

Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the brand’s visual identity, design systems, and templates.

Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.

Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and integrated design across all customer touchpoints.

Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.

Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to extend creative execution when needed.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.

Leverage insights from market trends, competitors, and user behavior to inform design decisions.

Contribute to campaign ideation and brainstorming, with a focus on delivering impactful, results-driven creative.

Continuously improve design workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to elevate creative output.

Champion the use of AI within creative workflows by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, elevate creative output, and scale design systems.

5–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or marketing environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality creative execution.

Advanced visual design skills across digital, brand, and marketing applications.

Strong expertise in typography, layout, and composition.

Ability to think conceptually and execute with precision.

Strong motion graphics and video capabilities.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, design systems, and component libraries.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work until 11:00 a.m. PST.
