Solution Architect

*This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location*

Reporting to Senior Director, Solution Architect will lead functional solution design for enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations, ensuring strong alignment between business requirements, data strategy, and platform capabilities. You will work closely with customers, Implementation Leads, Program Managers, Product, Engineering, and Partners to translate requirements into scalable, governed solutions.

• Lead functional discovery and design for PXM, PIM, and MDM solutions
• Define data models, attributes, workflows, and business rules
• Design integration approaches and support data migration strategy
• Facilitate customer workshops and design reviews
• Act as the design authority, ensuring solution clarity and consistency
• Partner with delivery teams to prevent rework and reduce delivery risk.

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, business analysis, or enterprise data platforms
• Strong functional design experience in PXM, PIM, MDM, or similar platforms
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable functional designs
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience working with System Integrators or partner-led delivery models
• Exposure to data governance, integration strategy, or migration planning
• Experience using SQL, Python, or Postman for data analysis and validation
