Systems Business Analysis

• →Elicit, document, and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise systems and data initiatives.
• →Draft and maintain system and data architecture diagrams, data models, workflows, and related documentation.
• →Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to translate needs into requirements.
• →Support solution design and delivery of dataflows, integrations, and reporting products.

System Administration

• →Manage user provisioning and role-based access across enterprise applications and data products.
• →Troubleshoot system and data issues; coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• →Support upgrades, enhancements, and data migration efforts.
• →Support configuration, testing, environment management and update deployments.

Data Integration Platform Development

• →Document requirements for integration updates and modernization.
• →Define current- and future-state integration processes, dataflows, and handoffs.
• →Partner with internal and external vendors to develop and deliver enhanced system integrations.

Analytics & Reporting

• →Develop native Kantata, NetSuite, and Salesforce reporting solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• →Support the design, development and maintenance of centralized reporting in Power BI.
• →Help develop and maintain semantic models for consistent metrics and definitions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• →Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field required.

Experience

• →3–6 years in business analysis, enterprise systems support, or data/reporting environments.
• →Experience with CRM, ERP, PSA, analytics, or integration platforms.
• →Exposure to data integration concepts, reporting tools, and system implementations.
• →Hands-on Jira experience and participation in scrum rituals, including planning, refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• →Experience with any of the following platforms is preferred: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, ADP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Kantata, DataBlend.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• →Strong BA skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• →Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query (M), Apex, SOQL, or similar data languages.
• →Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data workflows.
• →Knowledge of role-based security and user access management.
• →Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-orientation skills.
• →Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• →Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
