You will report to the Director, Analytics and AI Transformation.

Partner directly with team members to identify core challenges, define key performance indicators, and translate high-level needs into structured technical plans.

Lead the full analytics workflow, from transforming raw data in dbt to building dashboards in Sigma and presenting findings that influence strategy

Write SQL to solve complex modeling challenges and maintain a "single source of truth" across the organization.

Create data-driven insights; collaborate with leadership to influence important decisions and improve the growth funnel

Help shape data governance and foster data literacy, empowering team members to self-serve with accurate data

5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a technical Data Analyst role with a focus on end-to-end data delivery.

Experience with modern BI platforms (Sigma, Looker, or PowerBI), with an understanding of how to improve these tools for performance.

Knowledge of reporting front ends and the best practices for structuring data for visualization

Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in complex data modeling and query optimization.

Hands-on experience with dbt (development, testing, and documentation) and experience building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.

Someone with ability to bridge the gap between backend data and frontend value by translating diverse use cases into optimized SQL and intuitive dashboards.

An expert who understands how to bridge the gap between raw backend data and frontend value using modern data stack tools.

A mindset geared toward partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership to source data and establish global data standards.

Someone excited to grow skills in backend automation and advanced BI functionality as our environment evolves.

Someone who doesn't just build; but documents, tests, and advocates for data quality to ensure we are always working with the best information possible.
