As a Data Center Facilities Operator, you’ll help maintain and operate the critical infrastructure that keeps our state-of-the-art data center running safely and efficiently. Working as part of a shift-based operations team, you’ll support both planned maintenance and real-time operational activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer service.

This role can focus on either Electrical or Mechanical systems depending on your background.

• →Perform planned maintenance and work orders in accordance with site procedures and safety standards
• →Participate in 12-hour shift rotations, including control room monitoring and operational coverage
• →Monitor, operate, and support critical infrastructure systems
• →Respond to alarms, perform troubleshooting, and support incident resolution
• →Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and shift logs
• →Support safe scheduling and quality execution of maintenance activities
• →Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• →Promote strong collaboration, safety awareness, and continuous improvement within the operations team

• Electrical or mechanical technical background (trade, vocational, or technical training)
• Experience working with critical infrastructure, industrial systems, or building services is beneficial
• Commitment to ongoing training and certifications
• Strong teamwork mindset with attention to detail and safety
• Ability to follow procedures and respond effectively in operational environments

This role includes periods of standing, walking, and working in technical environments. You should be comfortable with climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and handling equipment. Reasonable accommodations can be made to support individuals with disabilities.
