About the Role
This role sits at the center of Tabby’s B2C ecosystem, owning Consumer Lifecycle analytics across all products, including BNPL, Tabby Card, and Marketplace.
You will work on the full customer journey: from acquisition and activation to retention and long-term engagement. The role requires a helicopter view across multiple product lines, helping teams understand how users move across the ecosystem and where the biggest growth opportunities lie.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and ML teams to design experiments, define lifecycle strategies, and drive measurable impact on growth and retention.
