- Provide research and analysis support to help develop business cases for new opportunities.
- Gather and organize data to understand market size and trends.
- Support investigations into how solutions are implemented locally and internationally.
- Assist in building models and reports to quantify business opportunities.
- Help develop high-level functional requirements with input from different teams.
- Support planning and budgeting for new projects.
- Assist in project management tasks related to implementing new initiatives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Providing the research and analysis required to develop robust businesses cases for new opportunities to grow the business
- →Assembling and analysing the data to determine the size of the market for new concepts
- →Researching how solutions are being implemented locally and internationally
- →Using online tools and resources as well as identifying and engaging other information sources
- →Building Excel models to quantify the size of opportunities
- →Applying creative problem solving to develop solutions
- →Developing the high-level functional requirements that the business would need to implement the opportunity. You will need to work with specialists across the business to understand what is needed to practically implement ideas
- →Building implementation plans and budgets for the execution of new projects
- →Project managing the implementation of selected opportunities
- →Accurate research data and analysis to support business decisions.
- →Well-organized reports and models that quantify opportunities.
- →Clear documentation of functional requirements.
- →Effective support in project planning and execution.
- →Timely assistance in delivering business growth initiatives
Requirements
~1 min read- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative role involving research, data gathering, and coordination
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguous tasks and contribute to solution development.
- Good quantitative and data handling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with various stakeholders.
- Basic project support and planning capabilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
