• →Setting the team individual recruitment targets aligned with department targets
• →Making sure targets are reached daily/weekly/monthly
• →The day-to-day management of the Recruitment team, driving productivity and KPI output
• →Reporting back to Driver Recruitment Manager on driver recruitment progress and insights
• →Accurately and timeously compile daily/weekly/monthly reports, as well as assisting with other general admin/reporting tasks;
• →Ensure the Interview Scheduling Sheet is populated and ready for the team to record all their daily/weekly recruitment activity and progress
• →Assist with new driver recruitment projects
• →Assist with filing all Recruitment team vacancies as well as ensuring new team members integrate into the team seamlessly
• →Guiding, assisting and encouraging key development areas of the Recruitment team members.

•  Grade 12 
• National Diploma or Tertiary qualification 
• 1- 2 years of experience in similar position

• Excellent communication skills; 

• A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach; 
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills; 
• Strong knowledge of the Delivery environment; 
• Exhibit the ability to self-motivate; 
• Extremely competitive and relentless, a love for winning; 
• Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
