Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Copywriting
● Draft, edit, and proofread highly engaging content for various internal channels, including the company intranet, newsletters, email blasts, and digital notice boards.

● Translate business strategy, HR policy updates, and operational changes into clear, accessible, and “human” language.
● Develop multimedia content, including basic graphics, presentations, and short internal videos to support campaign messaging.

2. Channel Management & Administration
● Manage the day-to-day operations of internal communication platforms (e.g., Slack/Teams, internal social networks, and email distribution platforms).
● Maintain the internal communications content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely cadence of information without overwhelming employees.
● Monitor and track engagement metrics (open rates, click- throughs, intranet traffic) to measure the effectiveness of internal campaigns.

3. Campaign & Event Coordination
● Assist in the rollout of internal campaigns , eg. employee wellness, reward and recognition, and learning and development.
● Provide logistical and administrative support for internal events, such as company-wide Town Halls, leadership AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and end-of-year functions.
● Coordinate cross-functionally to gather news, success stories, and updates from different divisions to share with the broader business.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture
● Act as an ambassador for the company culture, ensuring all messaging aligns with our core values and tone of voice.
● Support the People Team in drafting internal announcements regarding new hires, promotions, and organizational changes.

● Assist in facilitating employee feedback loops, such as pulse surveys or suggestion boxes, and collating data for management review.

Requirements

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

● Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a corporate communications, PR, or marketing role (internal communications experience is highly preferred).
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace. Familiarity with internal comms tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a strong advantage.
