• →Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of learning pathways across departments
• →Assist in structuring development journeys for interns, graduates, and employees
• →Capture, update, and maintain training and learner data
• →Assist with learner records, attendance registers, and training documentation
• →Support monthly Learning and Development reporting
• →Assist with data analysis for dashboards, reports, and management submissions
• →Compile training statistics, participation reports, and progress tracking
• →Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting processes
