Mr D - Data Integration Traffic Coordinator

Mr D, a division of takealot.com, is looking for a highly talented Data Integration Traffic Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town.

• →Ensure efficient and priority driven task allocation among the data integration team.
• →Monitor the data integration workflow according to set priorities and deadlines.
• →Monitor and manage the Zendesk ticket workflow.
• →Capture restaurant and menu data.
• →Maintain close relationships with all relevant internal departments.
• →Maintain relationships regarding restaurants’ menus and operational details with Mr D Food’s partners.
• →Support with ad-hoc reporting and projects.
• →Support the Data Integration Team Leader with quality assurance efforts on a restaurant’s menu and operational data.
• →Support the Data Integration Team Leader with the training of new starters.
• →Contribute to the development of system and other improvement initiatives.
• →Report on restaurant integration performance metrics to the Data Integration Manager.
• →Perform Ad-hoc tasks.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Ability to work independently but also be a team player
• Must be computer literate in MS office packages
• Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English
• Must be able to work overtime when required
• An enthusiasm for food
• Willingness to support the greater Mr D team to achieve its aspiring goals

• NQF 6 or higher
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a data capturing position
