Responsibilities

Brand Presence & Social Media Marketing

  • Execute LinkedIn content calendar and posting schedule to position our retail media team as industry thought leaders
  • Coordinate regular content posts showcasing team achievements, case studies, industry insights, and company culture
  • Collaborate with team members to gather success stories, client wins, and expertise for social sharing
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to support content strategy optimization
  • Coordinate submission processes for identified speaking opportunities, awards, and PR initiatives
  • Manage other relevant social media channels and professional platforms as needed

Content & Design Collaboration

  • Act as primary liaison between retail media team and content/design teams
  • Brief content team on marketing material needs, messaging priorities, and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with design team on visual asset creation for presentations, social media, and marketing collateral
  • Manage content approval workflows and ensure timely delivery of creative assets
  • Maintain brand consistency across all team communications and materials

Retail Media Marketing Materials Management

  • Own the upkeep and version control of all pitch decks, ensuring latest capabilities, case studies, and performance data are reflected
  • Regularly audit marketing materials (one-pagers, capability decks, client presentations) for accuracy and relevance
  • Coordinate quarterly reviews of all sales enablement materials with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain a centralized repository for marketing assets and templates
  • Ensure all materials align with corporate brand guidelines and messaging frameworks

Internal Onboarding & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation for new retail media team members
  • Create welcome guides, process documentation, and resource directories for new hires
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules including introductory meetings, training sessions, and system access
  • Maintain updated internal wiki/knowledge base with team processes, tools, and best practices
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key team workflows
  • Gather feedback from new joiners to continuously improve the onboarding experience
  • Partner with HR to ensure seamless integration of company-wide and team-specific onboarding

Website Content Management

  • Coordinate with web team to ensure retail media section features current offerings, case studies, and team information
  • Prepare content briefs for website updates based on stakeholder direction
  • Source and prepare content inputs (copy, images, videos) for website publication
  • Monitor website analytics and report on content performance
  • Ensure website reflects latest product launches, partnership announcements, and thought leadership

Online Academy & Educational Content

  • Liaise with team subject matter experts to gather feedback and coordinate identified improvements to online academy content
  • Support content development process for training modules, tutorials, and educational resources
  • Work with instructional designers and content creators to refresh existing academy materials
  • Collect user feedback and stakeholder input on academy offerings
  • Track academy engagement metrics and report on performance

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute team events including client workshops, networking events, webinars, and industry conferences
  • Manage event logistics from concept through post-event follow-up (venue selection, catering, A/V, attendee management)
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities and booth presence at industry conferences
  • Create event marketing materials and promotional campaigns
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and attendee communications
  • Organize internal team events and celebrations

Merchandising & Corporate Gifts

  • Source, design, and manage branded merchandise inventory (apparel, promotional items, office supplies)
  • Coordinate corporate gift programs for clients, prospects, and partners
  • Manage relationships with merchandise vendors and ensure quality standards
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate reorders as needed
  • Develop seasonal gifting strategies aligned with key business moments

Budget Management & Vendor Administration

  • Process invoices and purchase orders for marketing activities, events, and merchandise
  • Manage vendor contracts and payment schedules to ensure timely processing
  • Track departmental spending against budget and flag discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and vendor agreements
  • Reconcile monthly expenses and provide budget status reports
  • Coordinate with finance team on payment approvals and documentation

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years coordinator project management or advertising experience
  • Project management software (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace (advanced)
  • Social media management platforms
  • Analytics tools (web analytics, social media insights)
  • Design collaboration tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Looker Studio or other reporting tools (Power Bi, Tableau) for data extraction and success measurement
  • Training material coordination
  • Advanced Google slides / PowerPoint skills
