We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join Talos’ fast-growing, tech-focused Financial Operations team. This is a hands-on role supporting core accounting processes, financial reporting, and day-to-day operations. The position is well-suited to someone looking to build and deepen their accounting expertise while contributing to a dynamic digital assets and financial services environment.

  Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

• →

  Prepare balance sheet and P&L reconciliations

• →

  Prepare and record journal entries

• →

  Record invoices and support the order-to-pay cycle

• →

  Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with US GAAP

• →

  Support treasury activities as needed

• →

  Assist in preparing audit support and responding to auditor requests

• →

  Support system implementations and upgrades, including accounting and finance ERPs

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
