We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of our customers while gaining practical experience in billing operations.
In this entry-level role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with key financial processes like invoicing, payment tracking and the metrics that drive our business, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
We are looking for a meticulous, process-driven person with strong communication skills and a service mindset. You should be able to confidently manage sensitive – and sometimes challenging – payment discussions with customer and help ensure that the internal teams submit accurate financial documentation on time.
You’re comfortable working within a Danish business context and understand how local finance processes and ways of working translate into day-to-day tasks.
Key responsibilities:
· Handle customer invoicing and ensure agreements are entered correctly for smooth billing
· Keep subscription and billing data accurate and up to date
· Manage incoming payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and support debt collection
· Respond to billing inquiries and support general finance and admin tasks
This can be a great match for you if:
· You are currently studying for a relevant bachelor’s degree or master's degree (business administration, finance, accounting, commerce...) at a Danish university, with at least one year left before graduating
· You understand basic financial documents and billing processes
· You are service minded, curious and perceptive
· You have working-level proficiency in written and spoken English
· You can be present in the office in Copenhagen two or three times a week
