Responsibilities

Monitor and operate network & telecommunication infrastructure

Proactive analysis of data from performance systems, investigation of anomalies, resolve or escalate findings

Execute operational procedures

Update documentation and performance systems

Provisioning and testing of services

Interact in projects with commissioning of infrastructure systems

Contributing to Cyber Security related tasks and projects

Take part in the globalization with transiting NOC to GNOC

After the training period, once qualified to participate in the 2nd line on-call duty arrangement, working hours can vary as NOC operates 365/24/7. The estimated average is every 5th-week on-call with an extra compensation package.
Requirements

Bachelor or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or related
Relevant experience may compensate for the requirement of education
Strong verbal and written skills in both Norwegian and English
Experience in optical, radio, IP/MPLS or LTE networks is a benefit
